1.  Full refunds to event participants if requested upto 28 days prior to Event.

2.  50% Refund will be offered to cancellations from 27 days to 7 days prior to the Event.

3.  Zero refund will be offered if cancellation is made within 7 days prior to the event.

4.  Extraordinary circumstances considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Event Director.

5.  In any event when refunds are offered, the receiving participant is welcome to decline funds in order to donate these funds to the charity.
